Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WWSG Travel, Inc. d/b/a Vacayou and TripFusion (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, use our platform, or book travel experiences through services powered by TripFusion.

This policy covers the TripFusion platform, the Vacayou consumer marketplace, white-label booking pages we operate for partners, and any Company-powered booking experience.

Who this applies to

  • Customers — businesses that purchase or deploy our software (resorts, hotels, golf courses, spas, distribution partners, white-label clients).
  • Consumers — travelers who book accommodations, tee times, packages, or experiences through a Company-powered booking flow.
  • Visitors — anyone browsing our marketing websites at tripfusion.com or vacayou.com.

What we collect

Information you give us directly. Account and contact information when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us — name, email, company, role, phone number, and any details you include in the message. Booking information when you make a reservation — traveler name, email, billing information, travel dates, preferences, special requests, and any details required to fulfill the booking.

Information collected automatically. Device and connection data (IP address, browser, operating system, language), pages viewed and actions taken, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies below.

Information from partners and Suppliers. Inventory, availability, pricing, and fulfillment data from hotels, courses, spas, and activity providers. Authentication and account-linking data when partners integrate with our APIs.

Payment information. Payment card details are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only the tokens and metadata required to manage the transaction lifecycle.

How we use information

  • Deliver and operate the platform, including booking, packaging, distribution, settlement, and customer support.
  • Fulfill reservations by sharing the minimum data required with the applicable Supplier, distribution partner, or payment processor.
  • Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, changes, cancellations) and, with consent or as permitted by law, marketing communications.
  • Improve the product, prevent fraud, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.
  • Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics about platform usage and marketplace performance.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

How we share information

  • Suppliers (hotels, courses, spas, activity operators) — only the data needed to fulfill the booking.
  • Distribution partners and white-label customers — booking data relevant to bookings on their channels.
  • Payment processors and financial partners — payment, fraud-prevention, and settlement data.
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, email, support tooling) — under contracts that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us.
  • Authorities and other parties — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and security; functional cookies to remember preferences; and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will prevent parts of the platform from working.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable financial and consumer-protection laws.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@tripfusion.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our lawful bases for processing include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (running and improving the platform, preventing fraud), legal obligations, and your consent where required.

If you are in California, we comply with the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may transfer personal information to the United States or other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. See our Security page for details, including our SOC 2 program.

Children

The platform is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
