Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 1, 2026
TripFusion is committed to making our websites and booking experiences accessible to as many people as possible, including travelers and partners with disabilities. We design and build the platform with accessibility in mind and work continuously to improve it.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. WCAG 2.1 AA is widely recognized as the international baseline for digital accessibility and aligns with regulatory frameworks including Section 508 (US), the ADA, EN 301 549 (EU), and AODA (Ontario).
What we do
- Semantic HTML and ARIA roles so assistive technologies can interpret structure correctly.
- Keyboard-navigable interfaces, including a visible skip-to-content link on every page.
- Sufficient color contrast across text, controls, and interactive states.
- Alternative text for meaningful imagery; decorative imagery is marked accordingly.
- Captions and transcripts for video and audio content where applicable.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion— animations are softened or removed when this preference is set. - Form fields with associated labels, clear error states, and predictable interaction patterns.
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations.
Ongoing work
We use automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse) in our CI pipeline and conduct manual reviews of new and existing flows. We update the platform regularly and prioritize accessibility issues as they are discovered.
Known limitations
Some areas of the platform depend on third-party content or services — Supplier-provided imagery, embedded maps, or partner booking widgets — where we do not fully control the source. We work with these partners to improve accessibility wherever possible.
Feedback and requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site or in a booking flow, or need this information in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond within five business days.
